My name is Matthew Clark. I am a computer science student at Western Kentucky University set to graduate May 2017. I first started programming formula solvers and text games on my TI-82 and 2D platformers using the Game Maker engine in 2006.
My passion is video game development with a focus on artificial intelligence, but my skills in this area translate well into problem solving and logical reasoning in general. The main languages I've worked with are C++, Java, C#, and Python. I am also experienced with front- and back-end web technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I am currently living, studying, & working in Bowling Green, KY with my wonderful fiancée. When not programming you can find me reading science fiction and fantasy books, playing games of the same genre, or hiking.
